1. Do you provide door step delivery ?

Yes, we offer door step delivery worldwide. Our international courier partner is DHL/FedEx/Aramex. 

2. What is your delivery time period ?

Our delivery time with in India is 5-10 working days. For International postal codes, delivery time is 8-15 days depending upon the destination. 

3. Where do we source our products ?

TYAAR INDIA is putting lot of efforts in empowering small weavers from around the India. Our all products are 100% genuine & hand crafted by local weavers.  

4. What is the delivery time for "Made on order" products ?

8-12 days

5. How do I return the product?

You need to book the return/exchange through this link : Book my Return/Exchange with in 48hrs of receiving the product. Request will be verified and then approved. A reverse pickup will be arranged for approved return/exchange requests only. 

6. When & How do I get my refund ?

On receiving the product to our warehouse (Gurgaon) which might take 5-12 working days, we would issue a store credit after verification of the contents received in the parcel. Store credit will be issued through email. We do not offer refunds in bank accounts. 

7. How to Use Store credit?

You will get store credit through email which you can use for future purchase. To use this please copy and paste the code in the discount field at the time of checkout. 

8. How can I pay from abroad?

We accept International credit cards, debit cards, PayPal. To make the payment please choose Razorpay Payment gateway
